The Kanoo Group and/or any of the other names that are used and have same meaning i.e. but not limited to The Kanoo Group, TKG or others (The Kanoo Group) owns and maintains this Website and other The Kanoo Group websites that are linked to this site (collectively ‘the Site’) and all the information, communications, software, scripting, photos, text, video, graphics, music, sounds, images and other materials and services found on the Site (collectively ‘Content’), for the use of its customers, employees and members of the general public but only for the lawful purposes described below. Such content is provided as a convenience to its customers and to the general public.

The Products described in this Site contain uniquely Bahrain specifications and are offered for sale in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The promotional programmes, if any, described in this site are available only in the locations specifically referred to. The price information contained in or provided through the Site is for information purposes only and does not constitute any offer to sell the products concerned. The actual prices and terms and conditions of sale will be determined by the authorised distributor/dealer of the Products/Services concerned.

The Kanoo Group and other trademarks, such as products and service names found on the Site (collectively the ‘Trade Marks’) are owned by The Kanoo Group, its associate companies, suppliers, business associates or third parties and registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain and/or elsewhere or unregistered. The Kanoo Group collects Personal Information when you visit the Websites or place an online order with us.
