From its office in JAFZA One in Jebel Ali, Dubai, BASF supplies a wide range of materials to most industries in the UAE. The BASF office in Abu Dhabi mall, on the other hand, focuses on a product portfolio, which includes gas treatment, catalysts and adsorbents and petrochemical solutions.
BASF supplies polyurethane raw materials as blended liquid systems from which customers produce various types of foam. Industries using the foams include automotive and transportation, building and construction, footwear, furniture and appliance.
Meanwhile, BASF Chemetall Ltd.—located in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi’s industrial area—was acquired by BASF in December 2016. It is a leading global supplier of applied surface treatments for metal, plastic, and glass substrates in a wide range of industries and end markets.
