Kanoo Real Estate handles all the group's commercial real estate requirements commercially. The division has evolved from running the development and management of the group's property assets to offering fully-fledged real estate solutions, including project development, project management, asset management and facilities management.
With an expansive portfolio of mixed-use, industrial, residential, office and retail real estate, Kanoo Real Estate is in major cities throughout Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. Its projects range from office spaces to retail centers logistics facilities, to residential accommodation in high-profile locations.
In recent years, it has successfully constructed logistics and terminal services facilities at the King Abdulaziz Port in Dammam, KSA, as well as warehouse facilities and distribution services. Other significant projects include a 100-metre office tower in Manama's Diplomatic Area, Bahrain and an award-winning residential compound in Dubai, UAE.
The real estate division offers its capabilities to third parties free-market. It provides a full range of real estate services from project development, leased land, new build, or facilities management of an existing commercial or residential property.
UAE Projects
One of Kanoo Real Estate's projects in the UAE is the first of many villa compound developments in Jumeirah 3 – the Al Safeena Villas. The new villa community comprises 11 contemporary residential properties in the heart of one of Dubai's most sought-after neighborhoods.
In addition, the division has also developed Haya and Alyazzi Villas in Jumeirah, which consist of five and eight stand-alone villas, respectively. Furthermore, Kanoo Real Estate has also been working on new development projects for the group, such as the Solar Project for its Al Quoz premises and redevelopment plans for its Abu Dhabi Headquarters.
