As the HR Manager of The Kanoo Group, Tariq has been responsible for all Human Resources functions of the organization since Oct 2018. Prior to this, he was working in various other functions of HR within the Kanoo Group since 2004. A CIPD-qualified HR professional, Tariq firmly believes in pragmatic and compassionate approaches in the company’s HR operations.
In this role, he leads a team of highly experienced and qualified HR professionals who are transforming the Group’s HR functions from a mere supporting role to a partnership venture. He works very closely with organization's senior leaders to develop and direct an HR agenda that closely supports the company’s organizational goals and its various, diversified business divisions.
Having started his career with the reputed Tata Group in India, Tariq has over 20 years of experience in HR in various reputed organizations in the UAE and India.
