Mahmood Mian
Business Development Manager
Mahmood Mian is the Business Development Manager at The Kanoo Group. He joined the group in 2010 as Personal Aid to the Chairman, Mishal Kanoo. He is in his current position since 2015.
His role includes supporting all business units of The Kanoo Group, creating business synergies with both national and international entities, and developing a business strategy focused on driving sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong business relationships. He graduated in 2004 from the American University of Sharjah, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems & Marketing.
In addition to his role of Business Development, he also sits on the board of Ahrend Gulf Furniture, a joint venture company of The Kanoo Group in the UAE. Furthermore, Mahmood is also the Vice President of American University of Sharjah Alumni Association.
Prior to joining Kanoo Group, Mahmood worked extensively for various organizations in UAE & Japan for 6 years and managed his family-owned business
