Established by decree from His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, the Emirati Human Resources Development Council serves as a reference body representing both government and private sector stakeholders. The Council focuses on creating an attractive environment for Emirati talent in Dubai's private sector and aligning educational outcomes with labor market requirements in strategic priority sectors.
